If you pay any attention to the media, and in this day and age, it’s almost impossible not to, then you well know that there is a lot of contradictory advice about what you need to do to lose weight. Don’t eat carbs, eat bacon instead. Eat a little dark chocolate everyday but don’t eat any sugar at all. Count calories. No don’t count calories. It’s so confusing!
If you are looking for a magic bullet, I will tell you now, I don’t have that for you. But that’s a good thing because magic bullets help us lose weight quick and then we gain it all back and sometimes even more than we started with.

Your body type also determines what kinds of exercise work best for you. Some people can lose weight through yoga while others need a more intense cardio plan. I will formulate an exercise program for you based on your body type and lifestyle to keep your motor burning off that excess weight.
I will also teach you how to turn on your body’s own weight losing mechanisms also known as fat burning hormones. And through acupuncture, I give your body a boost as well in turning on these mechanisms.
We will talk about simple lifestyle changes you can make to keep the scale tipping in the right direction. For example, did you know one of the biggest hindrances to losing weight is not enough sleep?
I will then prescribe you a Chinese herbal formula to keep the whole process going to facilitate and enhance everything I have mentioned above. Your herbal formula will work for you round the clock- all you have to do is take them.
